1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Period: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.
1.2 Cancellation Request: To cancel an order, users must contact our customer support team at startupstreet.in@gmail.com with the order number and a reason for cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for canceled orders within the specified cancellation period.
2.2 Refund Process: Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Defects or Damages
3.1 Quality Assurance: We strive to maintain high-quality standards. In the event of a defect or damage to the product, users must contact our customer support team within 1 day of receiving the order.
3.2 Return Process: Users may be required to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. If a return is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
4. Changes to Orders
4.1 Modification Requests: Users may request modifications to their orders within the first 24 hours. After this period, modifications may not be possible.
